Sunshine on petals

On the way to my office, I have to walk past a long alley. I had noticed this beauty on the road divider. But that I don't have my cam with me. Next day, my intention was clear. I had to capture this beauty . So I had carried my cam and captured it within frame. Don't know its name. But I think its beauty and pureness speaks for it.

The Observer

Again a snap from my Digha tour. Taken it on Udaipur beach while roaming around. The boats were aligned on the beach after a hard and tough night of fishing. But the smell of fish brought a large number of crows to the site. I am lucky to capture one of them when he/she was busy in observing the beach.

♥ in the Rainy Sky..

There was a large black cloud coming from the north. After a hot summer in Kolkata, those clouds brought a slight hope in everyone's mind. After coming back from office, I hurried to the rooftop with my cam and then I got this view of watery clouds. I had never thought that the clouds will contain a heart sign within it. But after transferring the snap to computer, I realized that A heart sign was there...

Kedarnath from Chopta

24th May 2008:
On 22nd and 23rd May, we were at Kedarnath, enjoying the essence of pure nature at a height of 11 755.24 feet. On 24th we left Kedarnath and started for the next destination GANGOTRI. Starting from Gourikunda, we followed the route through Chopta forest. On entering the forest we had this distance glimpse of Kedarnath Peak. The blue sky made the view more beautiful.

with each Sunrise..start a new Day..

I love to capture from low angle..from the ground level or water level. Here is one of that type. Captured this snap during sunrise at Digha. The sun's reflection on the water gave the snap a magical view.

Triptych Capture

Previously I didn’t know about Polyptych photography. But day before yesterday, when I was searching for some photoblogs, I was stunned by a snap. The concept was marvelous [Take a look at http://blog.alfiegoodrich.com/index.php?showimage=447]. And from that photo I became aware of polyptych photos. So I quickly scan through my old snaps and got these series of photos of aerobics performed by my brother at Digha beach. I adjusted the photos in Photoshop and made this one (for experiment purpose).
